We recently did a course entitled Multiple Corporate Structures for Canadian For-Profits, NPOs, + Charities to Enhance Flexibility and Impact.   People who run charities, for-profits and non-profits in Canada and wish to understand the benefits of multiple entities for liability and flexibility (fundraisers, governance staff, board members, finance staff, program staff/CSR staff, etc) may find it useful.  When a charity establishes a non-profit or for-profit or works with them it can be done well or badly.

We have now added a further course on “Separation and Independence by Canadian Charities from Entities that are not Canadian Charities” which discusses the importance of having adequate separation and how to monitor and achieve adequate separation.
