Corporations Canada announced today that it will be offering two new online services for non-profits under the CNCA. It will now be possible for CNCA corporations to file by-laws and financial statements with Corporations Canada through the Online Filing Centre.
Business Corporations will have the ability to file financial statements and proxy circulars online as well. For more information or to use the service, please visit the Corporations Canada online filing centre at: https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/hm.html?locale=en_CA In order to use these services you will either need an online key or be a registered intermediary.
We regularly assist CNCA non-profit corporations with their filings and if you require assistance then please contact us.
