Google has lots of free tools. Here is one tool that costs money but that google is giving to some Canadian charities for free and it is “Google Adwords” through their google grants program.
Here is the Google blurb:

We support organisations sharing our philosophy of community service to help the world in areas such as science and technology, education, global public health, the environment, youth advocacy and the arts. http://www.google.ca/grants/ “
